Summer Family Retreat


Join us for our joyful annual retreat celebrating our blood and spiritual family.

We come together to play, to practice, to share, to sing. We offer children and teens tools for handling strong emotions, peer pressure, and expectations from parents and teachers. We offer adults mindfulness practices to enrich an deepen the bonds between partners, spouses, siblings, and friends, and between parent and child. We learn how to touch the peace and joy of the present moment, and to nurture the best gift we can offer those we love---our presence.

Together we will practice: walking, eating, and sitting meditation; loving speech and deep listening; touching the earth, deep relaxation, ceremonies and celebration.

We also love music, so please bring your instruments!

This retreat is for both new and experienced mindfulness practitioners.
