Our teacher Thầy and dr. Lilian Cheung have recently come out with the new book savor. The book takes us on a journey to help us to eat mindfully and savor our food. Savor teaches us how to adopt the practice of mindfulness and integrate it into eating, exercise, and all facets of our daily life, so that mindfulness becomes a core part of our being.
