We are a mindfulness practice centre and a community clinic. We sit weekdays at 7am and Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 5:15pm. With total relaxation and mindful lunch on Tuesdays and Thursdays at noon. Other events (DoMs, classes, book club) are listed on our website under Events.
