Peaceful Heart Sangha comes together at the Unitarian Universalist Community Church, 69 Winthrop St., Augusta, ME 04330
We meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30 - 8 PM at the Unitarian Universalist Community Church, 69 Winthrop St., Augusta, ME 04330.
On the first Monday of the month - we have children's practice with adults from 5:30 - 6:15, offer childcare from 6:15 - 8:15, and recite the Five Mindfulness Trainings.
On the third Monday of the month - we have an Introduction to practice from 5:30 - 6:15 - if people call/email ahead.
On the fourth Monday of the month - we recite the Fourteen Mindfulness Trainings from 5:30 - 6:15.
