The mission of Boston’s Old Path Sangha is to nurture compassion and understanding both within the sangha and throughout the larger society. Working to relieve the suffering of all beings is an integral part of our practice. The community comes together regularly to meditate and deepen its practice. We seek to encourage and nourish each other through dharma discussion and mindful action. Our hope is to help one another celebrate the joys and wonders of life, while we work separately and together to relieve suffering throughout the world.
The Boston sangha began sitting together in 1989.
You are welcome to join us at any of our sittings and do not need to contact us in advance. We have cushions and some benches available. If you have any questions please write to: info@bostonoldpath.org. We look forward to meeting you.

Mindful Parenting:
Sitting and walking meditation and mindful support of each other as parents. Some of our other practices include reading, (right now from Creating True Peace), deep listening, and exercises from Dan Siegel's work (Parenting from The Inside Out). Any parents are welcome to join us.
