We meet every Saturday morning from 9:30 - 11:30 A.M. in a
comfortable, airy sanctuary to share sitting, walking reading and dharma
discussion. There are plenty of cushions as well as padded benches for
those who prefer to sit Western style. We recite the Five Mindfulness
Trainings on the first Saturday of every month. Occasionally we go on
retreats and outings together. There is no charge, although donations
are accepted to support our space. We welcome all brothers and sisters
in the dharma, and those who are new to the dharma.
